- Handle customers’ enquiries;
- Data entry and account follow up;
- Provide quality service to customers and maintain a long term relationship between the Company and customers;
- Shift duty
Requirements:
- Form 5/ DSE or above, with 1 year clerical experience
- A team player, possess initiative, willing to learn and customer-oriented
- PC knowledge e.g. Word, Excel, Access and Chinese Word Processing
