JOB DESCRIPTION
HR & Administration Officer
 
Duties:
。Provide leadership in the area of HR and administration function
。Provide full spectrum of HR and Administration support and services to management team and employees
。Ensure our HR & Administration processes and policies are compliant to local law requirement
。Advise and assist project managers on people management issues to support business operations
。Compile management reports and statistical analysis
。Responsible for payroll, administering HR matters and maintenance of personnel records
。Responsible for maintaining company’s statutory records 
。Administration of office facilities, equipment, supplies and insurances



Requirements:
The successful candidate is expected to possess the below qualifications:
。Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent Minimum 8 years of HR generalist experience of which 3 years in supervisory role
。Previous experience in engineering and construction related industry will be of advantage
。Mature and self-motivated with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
。Fluent in written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
