JOB DESCRIPTION
Assistant Human Resources Manager
 
Duties:
- To handle full spectrum of human resources functions including recruitment and selection, compensation and
benefits, employee relations, performance management etc
- To administer
- To provide full spectrum of office administration services including daily procurement, repair & maintenance,
office safety & security etc
- Develop and implement company HR and administration policy, processes and procedures and ensure the
procedures are in compliance with local regulations and company’s internal requirements
- Provide support in secretarial function
- Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned by management
- Ability to provide training & coaching to staff at different level will be an advantage
- Implement company handbook and corporate compliance


Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in all rounded office administration and human resources functions
- Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other HR related regulations/ ordinances
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Well-organised, self-motivation and able to work independently
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to work with different levels of staff
- Familiar with cost control, budgeting and reporting
- Proficiency in MS Office, Chinese Word Processing
- Well spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin
