Responsibility
。Assisting the Operation Manager with the daily operation of the Retail / promote counters, and providing
preparation for operation reviews.
。Boost up the sales revenues and assist in cost control.
。Responsible for Inventory planning, margin goals, keeping good relationship with vendors.
Monitor, control and manage operations to meet customer expectations and company goals.
。Responsible for front line staffs (manpower) arrangement
。Prepare monthly regular & sales analysis report
Requirement
。Form 5 or above with 2-3 years experiences in Retail (F & B) or Catering operation industry.
。Strong problem solving skills
。Excellent organization skill and passionate about retail industry.
。Good command in written and spoken Chinese and English
。Proficient in MS Office/ PC skills
