Responsibilities:
- Review and improve Finance management and accounting policies
- Prepare consolidated accounting schedules
- Prepare and review annual reports
- Coordinate with auditors for interim review and annual audit
- Assist the Group to comply with listing rules and company ordinances
- Manage the taxation affairs of the Group
- Provide support to business units (i.e. cost model prediction, risk assessment, project monitoring)
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Accounting or equivalent
- Member of ACCA / HKICPA
- 3 years experience in listed companies or audit firms
- Solid experience in group accounts consolidation and working with overseas subsidiaries in Asia
- Knowledge in IFRS or HKGAAP
- Good knowledge in statutory reporting and HKMA/FRR regulatory reporting
- Proficient in MS Office and accounting software
- Mature, self-motivated, able to work independently and strong communication skills with headquarters and subsidiaries
- Good command of English and Mandarin
