Job Duties:
- Provide project management support to the Directors Office
- Maintain close communication with mainland subsidiaries, follow up progress and provide regular reports to
the management
- Coordinate between inter- and cross-departments
- Provide assistance in organizing and attending exhibitions
- Independent correspondence (both English and Chinese)
- Attend meetings and take minutes
- Business trip when required
Requirements:
Job Requirements:
- At least 2 years working experience as secretary or coordinator
- Degree holder preferred but F.7 with good English will also be considered
- Experience in taking minutes in both English and Chinese
- Good English writing skill and fluent conversational English
- Good Putonghua and Chinese writing skill
- Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Chinese Word Processing)
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, can work under pressure and with minimum supervision
