Responsibilities:
- Oversee operations of a Garment Factory in China (Dongguan);
- Annual capacity plan for the factory and monitor expenditure under budgetary controls;
- Initiate value added process improvement projects to promote efficiency and reduce CM cost;
- Formulate people development plan and act as a mentor to develop a high potential workforce;
- Deliver timely and accurate management reports.
Requirements:
- At least 8 years working experience in garment manufacturing management with minimum 5 years solid
experience in supervisory level in China garment industry
- Strong leadership and people management skills;
- Excellent communication and presentation competence;
- A high proficiency of written and spoken Cantonese and English, fluent Mandarin is an advantage;
- Station in Dongguan Factory
