Responsibilities:
。To provide sales administration support to Sales Team in Hong Kong Office;
。To liaise closely with sales team and handle regular Sales & Administration duties including preparation of quotation,
order processing, logistics arrangement and etc.;
。To handle ad hoc projects.
Requirements:
。Diploma or above, with minimum 2 years relevant working experience;
。Good command in both spoken and written English and Mandarin;
。Good in MS Office applications particularly with MS Word, Excel & Chinese word processing;
。Good communication and interpersonal skills;
。Immediate availability is highly preferred.
