Responsibilities:
。Supporting sales team on order management and other duties
。Order processing (issue quotation, purchase order, invoice, etc.)
。Coordinate with warehouse on delivery arrangement and stock keeping
。Provide office administrative support
。Prepare sales and management reports
。Ad hoc assignment per management request
Requirements:
。Post-secondary qualifications (Certificate or above) in business or related discipline
。1-2 years’ related working experience in sales supporting role preferable
。Good command of English, Chinese and Mandarin
。Good communication skills and be able to interact with various departments
。Good PC knowledge (Word, Excel, Chinese word processing)
。Proactive, independent and a team player
