Job Responsibilities:
Lead a Purchase Team in Factory
Inventory control and material expedite planning
Keeping good relationship with suppliers, monitor and report supplier performance
Coordinate and work with QA, Engineering, R & D, PMC Department to ensure 100% on-time delivery, internal audit and acceptable minimum standards
Develop and follow action plans with suppliers for quality assurance
Requirements:
Diploma holder or above
5 years relevant experience in Procurement team management
Experience of metal parts, plastic parts, raw material sourcing and procurement in manufacturing industry.
Good team player with good communication and negotiation skills
Good command spoken and written English and Mandarin
Excellent in Excel and PowerPoint and general computer application
Station in Shenzhen Factory
Immediately available or Short notice is preferred
