JOB DESCRIPTION
Administrative Clerk
 
Responsibilities:
- Assist in office administrative operations
- Facilities and equipment maintenance, office supplies procurement, office cleaning arrangement, insurance renewal, and etc.
- Handle in-coming and out-going mails and couriers.
- Handle travel arrangement.
- Perform reception duties if needed.

Requirements:
- Diploma holder with 1 years experience in office administration
- Effective communication skill in interacting with people at all levels.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).
- Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing.
- Immediate available preferred.
