JOB DESCRIPTION
Administrative Officer
 
Responsibilities:
- Perform full spectrum of office administrative operations and functions to China and HK offices, including
facilities management, office renovation, equipment maintenance, office supplies procurement, office cleaning
arrangement, insurance renewal, and etc.
- Handle in-coming and out-going mails and couriers.
- Handle travel arrangement.
- Perform reception duties if needed.
- Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned.
- Travel to China as required.

Requirements:
- Degree holder with a minimum of 5 years solid experience in office administration work.
- With experience in handling office admin work in China is an advantage.
- Well-organized, independent, self-motivated and willing to work under pressure.
- Effective communication skill in interacting with people at all levels.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).
- Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing.
- Immediate available preferred.
