Responsibilities:
-Provide all round secretarial support to Division Leaders
-Arrange meetings and organize various functions / programmes
-Make overseas travel arrangements and hotel reservations
-Handle ad-hoc projects/assignments
Requirements
- Degree holder or above
- 2 – 3 years’ secretarial experience; with experience in serving senior management
- Well versed in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
- Independent, mature and with good planning and organizing skills
- Very detail-oriented and with very patient and calm manner
- Good command of English and Chinese and Fluency in Mandarin is a mus
